I am the owner and sole proprietor of this business; each piece shown I have designed and created using a variety of materials, in particular semi-precious stones, with a mixture of metals, primarily sterling and fine silver.

As the designer of this line of jewelry, I take pride in and guarantee my work.  If you find a defect, please be sure to contact me for repair.  Although I am not responsible for excessive wear and tear on the product, I am willing to work with my customers to ensure their satisfaction.

If you purchase an item that does not meet your expectations I will exchange for an item of equal value, no refunds.   Returns need to be made within 30 days of purchase, purchaser is responsible for mailing costs.

Special orders are accepted with a 20% non-refundable deposit.  An estimate of the cost of the item will be given at the time the order is placed.  This estimate will be within 85% of the full cost of the item.  If I am unable to obtain the materials requested, a full refund will be provided.
