RETURN POLICY

As the designer of this line of jewelry, I take pride in and guarantee my work.  If you find a defect, please be sure to contact me for repair.  Although I am not responsible for excessive wear and tear on the product, I am willing to work with my customers to ensure their satisfaction.

If you purchase an item that does not meet your expectations I will exchange for an item of equal value, no refunds.  Exchanges need to be within 30 days of purchase, purchaser responsible for shipping costs.

Special orders are accepted with a 20% non-refundable deposit.  An estimate of the cost of the item will be given at the time the order is placed.  This estimate will be within 85% of the full cost of the item.  If I am unable to obtain the materials requested, a full refund will be provided.
